  • Delivered and Handling: Orders are delivered within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once processed, we will send you a shipment notification with tracking information.
  • Third-Party Carriers: We use third-party carriers such as Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, Delhivery etc. to handle shipping and delivery. The exact carrier will be selected based on your location and the nature of your order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): The shipping cost for orders within India will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and delivery method selected.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country, order weight, and any applicable taxes or duties. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected:

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): Orders typically take 2 to 4 business days to be delivered, depending on the destination and the carrier.
  • International Orders: International shipping can take between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and the third-party carrier.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays caused by the third-party carrier.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, depending on the third-party carrier used. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.
  • International Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may have shipping restrictions in some countries due to regulations. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, you will be notified, and we will process a full refund for the affected item(s).

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately within 24 hrs. from delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Lost Shipments: If the tracking shows that your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately. We can also assist with the carrier’s investigation. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide you with a resolution based on our Return and Refund Policy.
