1. Returns

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • The product must not be part of our non-returnable category (such as personalized or perishable items).
    • For defective or damaged items, you must notify us within 24 hrs. from the date of delivery.

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization, if applicable.
    • For defective or damaged items, we may ask for supporting documentation or images to verify the issue.

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received in its original condition.
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exceptions for Refunds:
    • Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as personalized items, intimate goods, or gift cards, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
    • Sale or clearance items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance event may have different terms for returns and refunds, as specified at the time of purchase.

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will bear the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup service.
  • Exchange Shipping: If the return is for reasons not related to a defect or error, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost for the exchanged item.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will offer an alternative refund method, such as store credit or bank transfer.

  • For payments made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer, provided the customer shares valid account details.

6. International Orders

For international orders, the following additional terms apply:

  • Import Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be levied by their country at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Shipping: For international returns, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made by LinkLoot.com. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
  • Currency: Refunds for international orders will be processed in the currency used for the original transaction, but the amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process once you receive the product.

As a customer in India, you have the right to seek a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, if the product is defective or if it fails to meet the terms of the sale.
