1. Introduction
LootCoin is a virtual currency exclusively used on Linklooot for purchases. By using LootCoin, users agree to the terms outlined in this policy, along with Linklooot’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Earning LootCoin
• Users earn LootCoin on every eligible purchase made on Linklooot.
• Earned LootCoins are credited to the user’s wallet after successful order fulfillment and any applicable return period.
• Linklooot reserves the right to modify the LootCoin earning structure at any time.
3. Purchasing LootCoin
• Users can buy LootCoin at a 10% discount for future purchases.
• Purchased LootCoin is credited to the wallet instantly upon successful payment.
• LootCoin is non-transferable and can only be used within Linklooot.
• In compliance with Indian and global financial regulations, LootCoin does not represent real money, cryptocurrency, or legal tender.
4. Using LootCoin
• LootCoin can be used to pay for any eligible product on Linklooot.
• If an order total exceeds the available LootCoin balance, users can pay the remaining amount via other accepted payment methods.
• Linklooot may introduce spending limits, restrictions, or exclusions on LootCoin usage for certain products.
• Promotional offers, cashback, and discounts may apply when using LootCoin, subject to specific terms and conditions.
5. Expiry & Validity
• Earned and purchased LootCoins may have an expiration date, as specified at the time of earning or purchase.
• Expired LootCoins cannot be reinstated, transferred, or refunded.
• Linklooot reserves the right to revoke or adjust LootCoin balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of platform policies.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
• If an order is canceled before shipment, the LootCoins used in the transaction will be refunded to the user’s wallet.
• If an order is returned after delivery, LootCoins will be refunded based on return eligibility and refund policies.
• Purchased LootCoin is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in accordance with Indian financial regulations and international digital asset policies.
7. Compliance with Indian & International Laws
• Linklooot follows Indian e-commerce and digital wallet regulations, including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on digital payments and virtual assets.
• LootCoin is not classified as a cryptocurrency, prepaid instrument, or financial security under Indian or international law.
• For international users, LootCoin is only valid within Linklooot and does not hold monetary value outside the platform.
• Users must comply with all local laws related to virtual currencies in their respective countries.
8. Fraud Prevention & Account Security
• Users are responsible for securing their Linklooot account and LootCoin balance.
• Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or abuse of LootCoin will result in account suspension or legal action.
• Linklooot reserves the right to audit, investigate, and revoke LootCoins if suspicious activity is detected.

• Linklooot may update this LootCoin policy periodically.
• Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform announcements.
• Continued use of LootCoin after policy updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
